Questions firms ask
What is an active matter?
A matter that is open at any point during the month. Closed matters don’t count, and their final Pulse check-in after closing is included.
Why price by matters rather than users?
Because that’s where the value is. Every live matter is a client who might ring to chase. Pricing by matter means you can give every fee earner, supervisor and receptionist access without paying per seat.
Are WhatsApp and text messages included?
Yes. Stage updates, Pulse check-ins, replies and text message backup are all included in the plan price under normal use.
What if we go over our plan?
Nothing stops working. If you regularly have more active matters than your plan allows, we’ll get in touch about moving to the next plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are per month and exclude VAT.
